1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds may be requested for varsity jackets purchased directly from our website within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, jackets must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jackets, including those with custom names, numbers, or logos, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Clearance or final sale items are also non-refundable.

In case of any issue you must inform us within 7 days of the Parcel Received.

Refund Process:

 

  • To request a refund, please email our customer support team at admin@shaent.com with your order number, Receipt of purchase and reason for the refund request.
  • Upon review and approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the jacket.
  • Once the returned jacket is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a track able shipping service to return the jacket, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
